Re:Shift Collective offers a creative, flexible, and relationship-led approach to education for young people who may not be thriving in mainstream settings.
We provide a space that can act both as an alternative to formal education when it’s not the right fit, and as a complement to school-based learning when additional support is needed.
Our part-time programmes are designed to:
- Reignite curiosity and engagement with learning
- Support emotional wellbeing and identity development
- Build confidence through creative expression and trusted relationships
Our Approach
We believe that progress starts with safety, connection, and trust. That’s why everything we do is grounded in trauma-aware, person-centred, and strengths-based practice.
Our sessions combine:
- Creative arts, storytelling, music, and movement
- Space for reflection, regulation, and confidence-building
- Individualised pacing and relational consistency
- A commitment to co-creating meaningful experiences with each young person
We work alongside families, schools, and professionals to ensure our work is part of a joined-up plan, whether we’re stepping in during a difficult transition or offering a longer-term route back into learning.
If you’re looking for a setting that values connection over compliance, and supports young people as whole individuals, Re:Shift is here.
