About the Community Partner Network

Led by Catch22, the Community Partner Network is designed to bring people and organisations together across sectors to exchange ideas, share learning, and co-create solutions that meet the real needs of communities. It’s a space for collaboration, not competition, where values, trust, and lived experience drive innovation.

The launch event saw hundreds of attendees, engaging in honest conversations around third sector challenges, partnership dynamics, lived experience leadership, AI in social impact, and more. We’ve been deeply inspired by the reflections shared and look forward to contributing to this vibrant community of practice.

Why This Matters to Us

At Re:Shift, our mission is to support young people, especially those who have been marginalised by systems, to re-engage, reimagine, and reclaim their futures. We believe in approaches that are relational, creative, trauma-aware, and grounded in young people’s strengths. Being part of the Community Partner Network gives us a powerful opportunity to:

• Collaborate on initiatives that centre youth voice and lived experience
